This whole-home remodel feels like stepping into a brand-new home. Consistent plank flooring and brighter, crisper finishes throughout completely transformed the atmosphere. In the kitchen, removing a load-bearing column and reworking the appliance layout created a much more open feel, while also adding storage and significantly expanding countertop space. The dated fireplace in the family room was replaced with a bright, floor-to-ceiling stone surround that now supports a mounted TV—exactly what the clients envisioned. And in the primary bathroom, we replaced the cramped shower and oversized tub with a luxurious wet room that combines both, delivering the spa-like experience the homeowners had dreamed of.

We replaced the mix of disjointed tile finishes with warm, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout all main living areas—creating visual continuity from room to room.

Kitchen
Our clients dreamed of a more open, functional kitchen with better flow and more prep space. We delivered that by:
- Removing a load-bearing column and installing an engineered steel beam to open sight-lines into the family room.
- Relocating the fridge and range to allow for uninterrupted countertop space.
- Adding deep drawers, full-height pantry cabinets, and smarter storage throughout.

The original fireplace felt dark, bulky, and couldn’t support a TV. Our solution created a clean, modern focal point:
- A whitewashed, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace now anchors the room.
- Built-in TV mount allows a flat screen to float seamlessly above the mantel.
- The new layout invites conversation and enhances the natural flow from kitchen to living space.

Primary Bathroom
The existing bath was cramped and poorly laid out—with a small shower squeezed beside an oversized tub. We reimagined it as a spa-style wet room that the clients had always wanted:
- A frameless glass partition connects a sleek shower and freestanding tub.
- Full-height tile and a glass-block window span the length of the space.
- Slate hex tile adds texture and depth underfoot.
