On June 25, Sunday Morning Kitchen and Bath earned the National Chrysalis Award for Residential Interior Under $150,000 for this exceptional whole-home renovation. The company also received a second National Chrysalis Award in the Residential Interior Under $75,000 category, making it one of only two remodeling firms in the country to receive multiple Chrysalis Awards this year.
Since 1993, the Chrysalis Awards have recognized the nation’s finest remodeling projects, celebrating excellence in residential and commercial remodeling. Both award-winning Sunday Morning Kitchen and Bath projects were completed in North Texas within the same calendar year. Fittingly, owner Marta Layton learned of the honors while meeting with a client in a showroom—a memorable moment that reflected the firm’s continued commitment to outstanding design and craftsmanship.
This comprehensive remodel extended far beyond the kitchen, encompassing the primary bathroom, pantry, laundry room, and family room. Every space was thoughtfully redesigned to improve functionality while creating a cohesive, elegant aesthetic throughout the home.
