This whole-house remodel transformed a dated, awkwardly divided home into a cohesive, modern retreat. The renovation focused on opening spaces, improving light, and creating functional flow across the kitchen, master bath, family room, and more.

Key structural improvements included removing a load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen, eliminating three windows (including one in the kitchen where the new hood now serves as a focal point), and adding a window in the Jack & Jill bath to enhance natural light. The master bath, originally split into two cramped rooms, was unified into a spacious retreat with a new walk-in closet, dramatically improving usability. Throughout the home, awkward angles were removed, creating cleaner lines and a polished, modern aesthetic.

Collaborative Excellence

This award-winning renovation was completed in partnership with:

FACETS – for tile selection and installation

Their expertise ensured seamless execution, high-quality finishes, and attention to detail throughout the home.
